The Bog Million Dollar Ace Shoot Out Fact Sheet

Qualification Period - August 16-27 (9 am-6 pm daily)

* Any amateur golfer who plays a round of golf during the qualification period is eligible to participate. Club pros and golf professional are not eligible to participate.

* Golfers must purchase a $20 ticket in the pro shop and present the ticket to the cart girl stationed on the 13th tee before attempting the shot.

* Golfers can attempt to qualify as many times as they want, but, once a golfer qualifies once, he/she cannot qualify for additional chances at the shoot out.

* After presenting the ticket, men will tee off from 150 yards and women from 135 yards from hole #13 in attempt to place the ball within a ten-foot circle around the pin.

* The first 50 golfers to successfully land completely within the circle within the allotted timeframe will move on to the Million Dollar Ace Shoot Out.



Million Dollar Ace Shoot Out- August 28 (5-7 pm)

* All qualified participants should report to the 8th hole by 4:30 pm on August 28, 2010 to check in with the golf pro stationed on the tee.

* Each participant will get one attempt from 165 yards away from the pin to score a Hole-In-One and win the $1 million prize.

* No practice shots, mulligans or substituted shots for other contestants are permitted.

* The first person to score a hole-in-one at the shoot out will be paid $25,000 per year over the next 40 years.

* If no one scores a hole-in-one during the shoot out, 40 rounds of golf for the 2011 season ($5,000 value), will be awarded to the individual whose ball lands closest to the pin.

* Everyone that qualifies must bring a government issued ID on the day of the Million Dollar Ace Shoot Out in order to participate. Failure to do so will lead to disqualification.

As a condition of participating in The Bog Million Dollar Ace Shoot Out, each participant acknowledges that Hole in One International is solely responsible for the payment of the million dollar prize. As a further condition of participating in The Bog Million Dollar Ace Shoot Out, each participant releases John Taylor Golf, Inc. from any and all liability related to the payment of the million dollar prize.
