New Year-round Restaurant Opens at Alpine's Golf Course Clubhouse

By Brian Weis

Alpine Resort is excited to announce the opening of its new year-round restaurant, Burton’s on the Green, located at the golf course clubhouse. The historic clubhouse was remodeled for a restaurant setting with new dining tables and chairs, a sitting area, and a newly renovated kitchen with all new kitchen equipment.

Burton’s on the Green is open year-round serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Its new menu is crafted by Executive Chef Tony Gorham and his culinary team from Burton’s on the Bay. Menu items include breakfast specialties, hamburgers, perch, pork chop and chicken sandwiches, soups and salads, fresh fish, and ribeye. A kids’ menu is available for children 10 and younger.

Restaurant hours are Wednesday-Saturday from 8am-8pm for breakfast, lunch and dinner and Sundays from 8am-11:30am for breakfast only. The restaurant will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Hours will change with the season and no reservations are required.

Guests can warm up with s'mores and warm drinks around the outdoor fire pits. There is a new ice rink for backyard curling games and families can bring their own skates.

In addition to the newly renovated clubhouse, five newly renovated rooms located above the clubhouse will remain open year-round as well.
