Decent course but just had storm damage when played in 2019

I was torn between rating a 3 versus a 4. The front 9 had some spots that need work but I assume all the heavy rain damage in 2019 was a cause. Most of the course was in nice shape and cut well; back 9 was in better shape. Course had some decent challenging and rolling greens. They have a great value on tues, wed, and thurs mornings for golf and a good breakfast spread.
