Peninsula State Park is a household name for Wisconsin Campers and outdoor enthusiasts. The park offers over 400 campsites, miles of walking and bike paths and a public beach. A trip to the state park is not complete without climbing the 76 foot tower that overlooks Eagle Bluff, surrounding islands, and door county shoreline. If you are planning a trip to Door County add the 18 hole golf course to your itinerary.
While golfing you will enjoy spectacular views of Eagle Harbor and the Village of Ephraim. The front nine touts one of the most talked about holes in the area. The eighth hole coined as "The Drop" hole, paces off at 69 yards but plays about half that due to the four story elevation drop. While the front nine features the signature hole the back nine 9 offers more scenic views and dramatic elevation changes.
Local Knowledge Jason Daubner, Golf Course General Manager shares, "The course is always busy, so call ahead as far in advance as possible to reserve a tee time."
