Golf Course Review: Quigs Maplewood Golf Course
Excellent, even on a rainy October afternoon
Plenty of dog leg holes, and with trouble off the tees on straight holes, I used my irons and hybrids to tee off for most of the round. It was very late in the season (mid-October) and it was lightly raining, but the course was in top condition. the fairways drained well, so my clubs weren't all covered in mud, and the couple of greenside bunkers I ended up in were still dry, soft, and challenging, but very playable, which i rarely see down in the Fox Valley. I now can't wait to play the course on a nice summer day.
