Golf Course Review: Westwood Country Club
Nice small town clubhouse atmosphere with a country course right off the lake
Small proshop and a fair clubhouse area. 9 hole course. Fairways were a little long but this is a northern course. Fairway had lots of bumps in it so play your long clubs a little long. Blind water areas and ditches add to ball position need. Some holes had some doglegs in them. Greens looked a little long but seemed to roll faster than they appeared. Looked like newer gas carts in great shape. A green or 2 you could see out onto the nearby lake. Sand traps were okay. Rates could've been a little better for this course but hard to tell what location is running. Fun casual time.
